Ingestamatic Beta 9 for Windows and Beta 10 for MacOS

Changes in this version:

XMP sidecar files are now written in UTF-8 instead of ANSI with extended characters (Windows only).
In XMP sidecar files, missing GPS coordinates are now empty instead of being zero.
Bug with copying of XMP sidecars in raw+JPEG case fixed (Windows only).
Bug with copying of XMP sidecars to 2nd backup when not requested fixed.

The bugs marked “Windows only” were not in the MacOS version.
